When you hire our team, your tenants will ask us back every time they need help. They may not want to see a handyman at all because it means something’s wrong. However, when things go sideways, we’re their first choice.

What types of residential repair services do you perform?
Are there any types of handyman services you don’t perform?
Yes. We do awesome work when it comes to painting, flooring, remodeling an entire room, drywall work, finding and fixing leaks, roofing, and more. However, there are a few things we don’t do. If a residence has major structural issues and needs foundation work, fixes to the exterior walls, or a new addition, we can refer you to other professionals we trust.
Do you warranty your residential repairs?
Absolutely. No questions asked. As professionals in the handyman industry, we stand behind our residential repair work. We warranty our labor for up to 1 year depending on work requested, however, we almost never need to go back. (Seriously, less than half of 1% require us to go back and fix our fixes.)
Do you perform background checks on your team?
Yes. Even though our industry doesn’t require it, we value your trust and that of your tenants. We hire team members who we would trust in our own homes. We perform extensive background checks before we bring anyone on our team, and evaluate their abilities to ensure they can do the work quickly and efficiently.
Do you schedule specific dates and times for repairs?
Dates yes, times no. Due to the nature of our work, we almost never know exactly what we are walking into until we arrive on site. Therefore, we offer morning or afternoon appointments on the scheduled day.
